Her Campus Media Hosts 3rd Annual Her Conference: High School

Her Campus Media (HerCampus.com), the No. 1 new media brand for the empowered college woman with chapters at more than 300 colleges and universities worldwide, is hosting its third annual Her Conference: High School on Saturday April 2 at Tufts University in Boston. The event will bring together hundreds of high school women and their parents for a full day of information, insight and inspiration needed to apply to and attend college.

With the support of sponsors Vera Bradley, GradCity and Signet Education, the conference will feature panels, such as “Finding the Right Fit: How to Determine Which College is Best for You,” “Reslife Roadmap: How to Navigate Living with a Roommate” and “Packing for College 101: What to Pack and What to Skip,” plus interactive sessions on study abroad, financial planning, and more, as attendees hear from current college women and experts alike.

“Her Conference: High School is an incredibly fun, jam-packed, informative day designed to equip high school women and their parents with everything they’ll need to prepare for this next stage of their lives.  We are thrilled to have phenomenal brand partners and a stellar speaker lineup to inspire this year’s attendees,” said Her Campus Co-Founder, CEO and Editor-in-Chief Stephanie Kaplan Lewis.

The conference will also feature opening and closing remarks from the Her Campus co-founders, as well as addresses from two keynote speakers: Briana Bouchard, an admissions counselor at Tufts University, and Erin Schrode, citizen activist and co-founder of Turning Green.

In addition to career-minded panels, workshops and keynotes, conference attendees will be treated to breakfast from Pinkberry, lunch from Chipotle, fantastic goody bags  and opportunities to score amazing giveaways all day long.
