Her Campus Media Wins ‘Campaign of the Year’ from Adweek for ‘I’m Still Graduating

#1 media portfolio for college women and Gen Z wins top award for ‘I’m Still Graduating’ campaign

BOSTON, MA (March 22, 2021) -- Her Campus Media has been selected to receive the award for ‘Campaign of the Year’ in Adweek’s Performance Marketing Action Awards for 2021, for Her Campus Media’s campaign ‘I’m Still Graduating’.

The inaugural Adweek Performance Marketing Action Awards recognize the year’s best campaigns and top executives who created results-driven, targeted marketing that rose above the rest with strategies and innovation to deliver a lead, click or sale. These marketers embody the accountability businesses demand, as well as the creativity the practice celebrates.

Her Campus Media, the #1 media portfolio for college women and Gen Z, is receiving this award in recognition of its ‘I’m Still Graduating’ campaign, a live, mega, virtual graduation for the Class of 2020 held during the pandemic that received over 1.4MM livestreams, 9.6MM total impressions, and 1.6B press impressions and featured 40+ celebrities, CEOs, activists, authors, and other luminaries speaking and performing alongside members of the Class of 2020, creating a bright light for last year’s graduates during a challenging time. The live event was complemented by gift boxes sent to graduates, an interactive digital yearbook for the Class of 2020, a video portal where users could post messages for grads, robust content, and a shoppable graduation gift guide. The event supported Active Minds, the premier nonprofit impacting young adult mental health, in recognition of the toll the pandemic has taken on college students’ mental health and coinciding with May as Mental Health Awareness Month. Her Campus Media presented this event in partnership with sponsors Aussie Hair Care, Neutrogena®, First Aid Beauty, just. periods, Sallie Mae, Pandora Jewelry, Hallmark, Tasty Bite, Conair, SHEIN, GoDaddy, Minted, Lilly Pulitzer, and truth.

Adweek’s Performance Marketing Action Awards are now live online here. The hashtag is #PMAwards.
