Lauren Newman is Vice President, Revenue at Skimlinks, the world’s largest commerce content monetization platform for premium Publishers. Lauren runs the US and Canadian markets, connecting top tier Publishers - including Conde Nast, Hearst, Meredith and Verizon Media Group - with thousands of merchants, generating over $2.5MM in sales every day. Through frictionless technology, data and insights, strategic recommendations and a deep knowledge of publishing, Lauren helps Publishers grow and scale their content commerce strategies and diversify their revenue streams. Prior to Skimlinks, Lauren was President of Corporate Beauty at Meredith, one of the leading media companies in the world, with brands that include People, InStyle, Shape, Better Homes & Gardens and Real Simple. Lauren was responsible for driving revenue growth of the Beauty category through innovative solutions, thought leadership, research and insights and integrated marketing programs that met Meredith’s Beauty clients’ challenges. She oversaw a national team of integrated sellers and brand marketers who represented the company’s entire portfolio of brands and platforms. Lauren was part of Meredith’s acquisition of Time Inc., which she joined in 2011 as account director at Entertainment Weekly, where she focused on growing the beauty and fashion businesses. In 2013 she moved to Corporate Sales to extend her purview and grow revenue across the entire Time Inc. portfolio. During her time in Corporate Sales, she was the driving force behind major partnerships with companies such as Google, Dove, USPS and Amazon while she also ran the Market Development program that focused on breaking new business.Lauren was promoted to Vice President, Corporate Sales East in 2015 to run an eight-person sales team in New York and Atlanta while still overseeing Time Inc.’s largest beauty advertisers, including L’Oreal, Unilever and Estee Lauder. In 2016 she took on national responsibilities as Senior Vice President, Corporate Sales, managing over $500 million in revenue while also positioning Time Inc. in the marketplace as a one-stop shop across every passion point. Prior to Time Inc., Lauren was at freshHome magazine, where she managed a national sales staff, grew revenue and conceptualized digital, broadcast and event partnerships. She has also held senior sales positions at Conde Nast (at Domino and SELF), SHAPE, Veranda and Time Out New York.Lauren graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in marketing. She currently lives on Manhattan’s Upper East Side.

Kay is an award-winning Group Account Director at MullenLowe, an internationally recognized advertising agency in Boston, MA. She specializes in establishing brand vision and leading cross-functional teams in leveraging insights, creativity and innovation to drive business growth. Selected to lead challenger brands that require integrated teams and innovative thinking, Kay has worked with wide variety of companies including Royal Caribbean, Google, Zappos.com, Cadillac and others. Before joining the agency world, Kay began her career in Target Corp’s Merchandising division. Originally from Indiana, Kay attended Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business where she studied Marketing, International Business, Economics and French. Outside the office Kay loves an adventure, whether that’s visiting a new country with her husband, searching for the best ice cream in Boston, or hiking with their dog, Ace.

Jessica Sibley oversees all revenue operations for Forbes, including the company’s industry-leading BrandVoice, Insights, and ForbesLive platforms, as well as direct sales, programmatic, paid social, brand strategy, integrated marketing, demand-gen, licensing and more.
An accomplished media and advertising executive, Sibley has a proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing sales teams. She was instrumental in helping Forbes close out the decade with two of its best years on record, and she is passionate about delivering true ROI for clients. Under her tenure, Forbes set back-to-back records in 2018 and 2019 for the number of premium custom content campaigns created for clients and established new benchmarks for the number of ForbesLive and custom events held each year. Sibley has also established new opportunities for clients around signature Forbes franchises, such as the Forbes 400, Under 30, ForbesWomen and more.
Prior to Forbes, Sibley held significant leadership positions at global media companies, including Condé Nast, Bloomberg Businessweek, and The Wall Street Journal. She serves on the board of directors for the International Advertising Association (IAA) and the Business Marketing Association (BMA).
A graduate of Hobart and William Smith Colleges, Sibley resides in New York City with her husband and two children.

Liz White is the Chief Customer Officer of FULLBEAUTY Brands. She has been with FULLBEAUTY since January 2018. She joined FULLBEAUTY with 14 years of experience driving digital strategy and operations in media, entertainment, fashion and e-commerce brands. Previously, Ms. White served as CEO of Soko Inc. Prior to that, she worked as the Head of Strategy and Development at Poshly. Ms. White spent 10+ years at Time Inc. where she held various senior digital strategy leadership roles, running the digital businesses for PEOPLE Magazine and Entertainment Weekly. She also serves as an advisor and investor of several early-stage companies and sits on the board of Soko, a Kenya-based social enterprise. She holds a B.A. from Trinity College and dual M.B.A.s from Columbia Business School and the University of California Berkeley.
