Integrated Marketing Manager

Her Campus Media (, the #1 global community for college women & college marketing firm with 70+ million monthly multi-platform content views, is seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager to oversee the execution of campaigns for leading national brands, retailers, and media companies. Responsibilities are as follows:

  • Oversee the execution of all integrated marketing campaigns across digital, experiential, social, and influencer platforms
  • Supervise and train a team of integrated marketers, providing checks and balances to ensure campaign objectives are fulfilled
  • Recruit, interview, hire and onboard additional members of the Integrated Marketing team
  • Manage larger client campaigns and step in to problem solve client-facing issues that may arise
  • Continuously develop internal processes, tools and systems that drive efficient campaign development, execution, optimization, and reporting
  • Manage day-to- day ad operations and optimization strategy for all client campaigns
  • Generate proposals and pitch materials, beginning with strategy development and creative ideation, through media/marketing plan and budget
  • Maintain a deep understanding of all Her Campus platforms and service categories including digital, experiential, social, branded content, and influencer marketing
  • Serve as the strategic integrated marketing lead, working cross-functionally with Her Campus department heads to shape and develop client services strategy


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of experience at an agency or publisher
  • Prior staff management and client facing experience
  • Excellent project manager, creative thinker and natural problem solver
  • Proven ability to develop and implement processes
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player comfortable working in partnership with business development team
  • Self-starter with go-getter attitude, resourceful nature, and excellent work ethic who doesn’t mind getting his/her hands dirty and is excited about working in a start-up environment
  • Familiarity with DFP and knowledge of ad operations and optimization
  • Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Basecamp, Microsoft Office Suite, Keyhole, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Instagram proficiency
